Our Incoming mail server (POP3) is "mail.YOUR-DOMAIN.com" 
you will need your email login and password.

Our Outgoing mail (SMTP) server is "mail.YOUR-DOMAIN.com" 
No authentication is needed. (No Login or Password.)

For our email server to work you must check your email with out server first.
This will list your IP address for 15 minutes. If you haven't checked your email within 
15 minutes you will not be able to send any email until you check your email again.
