For our outgoing mail server to work you will need to check your email first, then your IP address will be listed for only 15 minutes. If it has been over 15 minutes you will have to check your email again before you can send email.

 

To set up your email to send from our SMTP server in Outlook Express you open the Outlook Express program. Click on "Tools.”  Click on “Account.”  Click on the “Mail” tab.  Highlight your email account.  Click on “Properties” (see below).

 

 

Next click on the “Servers” tab (see below).

 

  "Server Information" My incoming mail server is a POP3 server, "Incoming mail (POP3):" you put in  “mail.domain-name.com” for your  “Outgoing mail (SMTP):” You also put in “mail.domain-name.com” For "Incoming Mail Server" Account name: put in your email user name, and email password.
Then on the bottom where it says: “Outgoing Mail Server”
uncheck
“My server requires authentication.”
Then click on “Apply” and then click “OK”
